Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a purchase, a confirmed order or any binding contractual obligation on either party. All enquiries are reviewed by our team, who will contact you directly to discuss availability, pricing and order fulfilment.

3. No Online Payment

This website does not process, collect or facilitate any online payment. No payment gateway, UPI, card or wallet transaction takes place through this website. All financial transactions are conducted exclusively offline and directly between Makadheera Traders and the customer, after order confirmation by our team.

If you are asked to make an online payment by anyone claiming to represent Makadheera Traders, please contact us immediately to verify.

4. Order Value

There is no fixed minimum order value. Our team will review your enquiry and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and logistics. We may suggest adding more items or adjusting quantities based on your requirements.

5. Product Information & Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product names, descriptions, images and prices. However:

7. Delivery & Shipping

We offer delivery across South India subject to applicable transport regulations for fireworks and explosives. Delivery terms, charges, timelines and carrier details will be communicated to you directly by our team at the time of order confirmation. This website makes no automatic representation or guarantee regarding delivery timelines or charges.

Delivery is subject to availability of licensed transport in your area.
Certain states or localities may have restrictions on the receipt of fireworks. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local regulations.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch to the carrier.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of fireworks (perishable, regulated goods), returns are generally not accepted once an order has been dispatched. Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch, subject to review by our team. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

9. Fireworks Safety & Legal Compliance

The purchase, possession, use and storage of fireworks in India is regulated by:

Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) guidelines
Applicable state and local government regulations

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, store and use fireworks in their jurisdiction. Makadheera Traders assumes no liability for any legal violation by the buyer.

Fireworks must only be handled by responsible adults (18+). Keep fireworks away from children at all times. Always follow all safety instructions on the product packaging.
