Our catalogue website is provided as a convenience to our wholesale and retail customers to browse available products, plan their orders and submit enquiries. All transactions, order confirmations and deliveries are handled exclusively offline.

4. Buyer’s Responsibilities

5. Safety Disclaimer & Instructions
Fireworks are hazardous materials. Improper handling can cause serious injury, death or property damage. Please observe the following safety rules at all times:
- Adults only — fireworks must only be handled, lit and supervised by responsible adults (18+). Never allow children to handle fireworks.
- Read the label — always read and strictly follow all safety instructions printed on the product packaging before use.
- Outdoors only — never use fireworks indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Safe distance — maintain the minimum safe distance specified on the product. Keep spectators at a safe distance.

- Environmental guidelines — use only green/low-emission fireworks where required by court orders or local authority directives. Observe state-specific timing restrictions.

8. Environmental & Supreme Court Guidelines
The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has issued orders restricting the use of fireworks that contain certain harmful chemicals. Only fireworks manufactured using approved “green” formulations are permitted in several states and during specific festivals. Buyers are responsible for verifying and complying with applicable Supreme Court orders and state government notifications in their locality before purchasing or using any fireworks.
Makadheera Traders endeavours to stock products that comply with current PESO and green fireworks standards. However, regulations change frequently and compliance verification is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility.
